2. Free Assessment

Once we’ve connected, our support team will visit you in your home for an initial assessment. During this visit, we’ll discuss your individual needs, challenges, goals, and how we can help you enjoy life to the fullest. We’ll also take the time to assess your home and surroundings, ensuring that your care plan is tailored to your unique environment.

3. Creation of Your Care Plan

From the assessment, we’ll create a personalised care plan designed just for you. This plan will detail everything from important medical information to the little things that matter most—like your favourite cup and saucer or chocolate bar. Once you’ve approved the plan, we’re ready to move forward to the next stage of care.

4. Care Assistant Assigned

We understand that the right fit is essential. That’s why we carefully match you with a Care Assistant based on a wide range of criteria, with a special focus on personality and compatibility. We want to ensure that your caregiver feels like the perfect match for you.

5. Start of Care

Your journey with Harkins Care Homecare officially begins. With your care plan in place and the right caregiver by your side, we will deliver care tailored to your specific needs, helping you live independently and comfortably at home.
